A bit slow staff!

This is a brand-new clean hotel providing bright rooms. It boasts awesome, beautiful location near the Aderiatic sea, and beach.

Booked a room with great views over beach and whole Split.

Well, Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Our superior queen room had facilities to make tea, a balcony, and coffee. The location of the hotel was marvellous and amazing - at a walking distance from Strozanac Port.

Appreciated our stay in this place. Everything was perfect, personnel was genuinely friendly. The rooms were spotless and had hypo-allergenic pillows. The bathroom was luxurious with a hairdryer, soft bathrobes, and shower caps. The hotel location was amazing by the beach near Split.

Bright rooms with tea making facilities and coffee, exceptionally comfortable beds. Private parking nearby provided.

The location is marvellous and amazing, 10 minutes' walk to Strozanac Marina.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was simply perfect, with direct access to a private beach. I loved spending my days relaxing on the beach, enjoying the sun and the sound of the waves. The staff at this hotel were top-notch, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive waiters in the restaurant. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for including a mini-bar, balcony, and a comfy sitting area. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage and spent some time in the sauna. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel is 20 meters from the sea with a marvelous sight of the gulf from every point of view (rooms, bar, pool); the rooms are well sound proof; the staff is kind and friendly.

The breakfast room is narrow but breakfast is good and assorted.

Beautiful sea view from Balcony. Great place to have a romantic dinner overlooking the sunset by ordering room service from the restaurant.

The property was gorgeous with really helpful and competent staff from the manager on down, I truly enjoyed the stay. I got complimentary superior queen room with a balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Strozanac Port. Also, the area was peaceful.

Holiday base for discovering Podstrana with knowledgeable and attentive staff from the manager on down. Breakfast with tasty smoothies. Beachfront location, relatively close to Strozanac Marina.

Wake-up service, available in my superior queen room, was a nice bonus. The breakfast with smoothies and an amazing view and at -4 level was GREAT, and the majority of the staff were extremely friendly and excellent.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

The hotel was a right place for enjoying a quiet area, near to sea, the restaurant next door and Split itself. Also, location was excellent, at a moderate distance from Grand Casino Lav. There was a beach restaurant nearby: D
